Trade conditions


At BY GABAY you can pay in the following ways:

American Express

BY GABAY is approved by PBS A/S to handle the above payment cards. Please note that we use ‘POP-UP’ windows in relation to the payment. If you have installed ‘POP-UP’ blocking, the payment module will not open automatically in certain cases.

After the order has been completed, we automatically send you an order confirmation per mail. Print the order confirmation or save it if you need the information later. BY GABAY only stores the trade contract for a limited period.


Security of payment

Data you send in connection with purchases paid by payment card is encrypted (SSL), and thus only PBS can read it. Neither BY GABAY nor others have the opportunity to read the data.

The amount for the goods is only deducted when the goods are sent from BY GABAY. An amount greater than what you have approved at the time of purchase can never be deducted.



BY GABAY provides delivery with PostNord as MyPack Collect. We deliver the item within 1 week. During holidays, longer delivery times may occur, but this will then be stated on the front page of the webshop.


Right of complaint

At BY GABAY, we offer a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear and tear, directly or indirectly caused by incorrect use or poor maintenance. Complaints about errors and defects must be notified to BY GABAY within a reasonable time. The item can subsequently be returned for repair or exchange. In connection with complaint cases, BY GABAY bears return costs to a reasonable extent. However, ALWAYS contact us by mail or phone before returning, as it is not always necessary to send the defective item back to BY GABAY, photo documentation will often be sufficient.


Right of withdrawal

There is a 30-day right of return on the goods, calculated from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, it assumes that the item has not been used and is still in its original packaging. When the item has been returned and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to your account within 5 days. Return costs are borne by the buyer.



If you buy jewelery to be given as a gift for Christmas, we of course have an extra long right of return :) All orders bought in November and December can be exchanged until 15 January.


Personal data

No personal data registered with BY GABAY will at any time be transferred, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is only accessible to employees at BY GABAY.

In connection with electronic payment, a secure encrypted method is used through the Webshop system. It is approved by PBS.

When making a purchase, we ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. This information is ONLY used to process the order. The information is transmitted and stored electronically in unencrypted form, and stored for 5 years. The “contract” itself (the purchase agreement) is not stored at BY GABAY in a way that allows you to log in later and see/change the status.

In addition, we register the IP address from which purchase is made. The information is normally of no use, but can be used in a possible police investigation. All fake orders are reported to the police!

You can also optionally have your e-mail address added to a mailing list at BY GABAY, so that you regularly receive news and other information from us. This service can be registered and unregistered at any time as desired.

Cf. the Personal Data Act, we provide information on inquiries about registered information and on the basis of any objections, we delete them to the extent desired.
